Class notes following Eric’s example.

3/31:

Rough floor plan of my room done during Monday’s class.
Perspective 1: Entering the room.

I first tried drawing my room with a combination of perspective concepts and observation (not from a photo). The red lines denote the “bounding box” I set my room in and the blue line is the horizon line (my eye level).

Perspective 2: Elevation view w/ figures.

For my next perspective I added human figures to show scale and interaction within an elevation view of the room. I plan on adding a figure to my first perspective drawing as well.

4/7

Class notes.
Class demo / practice (freehand).
Isometric drawing of room (gridded and from floorplan).
